How to place an order

Your order should  consist of the following:

• Completed and signed order form - Ask us for a downloadable blank purchase form
• Signed Copyright Release form - ask us for a copy.
• Electronic artwork as specified by us. For accuracy, please read our supplied specifications carefully.
• Master in the form of a CD-R. Outboard provide pre-mastering services to transfer the data onto a CD-R with no added fuss.
• Contact information for at least one and preferably two people authorised and available to make decisions about the project.. The contact information should include direct phone numbers and/or extensions.
• Delivery information. If delivered to multiple addresses, mailed or sent by overnight shipment, please indicate this requirement clearly on your purchase order. Alternatively put in writing any changes to your requirement so that we can prepare the shipment, receive the data and get it out in a timely manner.
• Written PO - not everyone works with a central purchasing system, if you need assistance creating a detailed purchase order, please contact us.
